Throwback to last month when I was prepping for a competition. The mental aspect of prepping for a show is probably the most important aspect of prepping for a show. Prepping for a show is an all day commitment everyday for as long as you plan on dieting. You have to plan your meals, plan your training, plan your rest time and plan the rest of your daily activities. I haven't rested well coz of my busy schedule, which I will certainly do when I start prepping for my competitions next year. I have taken part in 5 competitions this year and am done for the year.
