I wasn't raised to value education very much, so it was an extreme contrast for my younger self to see the pressure that is placed on people, including children, to become super extra smart and successful in order to be considered respected. I was raised to value more of a blue collar work ethic and resonated with the pressure from a similar but different perspective. In both cases, I felt like the expectations held the idea of success as a greater priority over mental and physical health. I don't feel very useful when I'm sick...

It seems like being 'broken' is the only time when some people can get a break. Lives get spent and thrown away. Health should be valued. Some problems need to be solved, while others can be prevented.

Es ist 90 cm × 120 cm und entspricht einer wahren Geschichte meines besten Freundes Björn,auch liebevoll Hufi genannt.Nach intensiven Gesprächen und späteres Kennenlernen entschied ich mich sein Innerstes auf die Leinwand zu bringen.
