Hello fellow creatives of Instagram. I created this instagram profile for two reasons. One is more professional, and it's meant to showcase my work. The other reason was networking, because I believe the design community around the world should be connected and close. We have everything to gain from that, and nothing to lose. I had this crazy idea of turning a personal creative project of mine into an instagram challenge so here it is. I present to you the #VINYLOGOSCHALLENGE The idea is very simple. If you're both a design and music lover, find an album cover of a band you like, and change one or more elements inside of it into a famous logo from around the world. This challenge is meant to be a fun & creative game, where we can discover new talent, make new acquaintances and hopefully learn and inspire each other. General rules of the challenge: 1. Respect the format of the challenge. Album cover combined with one famous logo from around the world. 2. State the name of the artist, album, and brand that you're using. Also, include a picture of the original artwork via carousel image or directly into your post (it’s totally up to your creativity). 3. The way you showcase your work after it's done, is totally up to you. No template restrictions here. Use your personal style. 4. Use the hashtag #vinylogoschallenge in your description to be discovered (a public profile is necessary for this). 5. Challenge 2 or more of your fellow creatives in the description. The more, the merrier. 6. Spread the challenge, and have fun! (a story share of this post would be ideal, but not necessary) The challenge will consist in rounds of 1-2 weeks, and after a round finishes, an overall winner will be selected (just to add a little friendly competition into the mix, and motivate each other) The rounds will be judged at first by me, based on numbers and creativity, and if the challenge hopefully spreads, some more qualified juries will be searched for. (my own entries won't be counted for) Thank you for hearing me out, and let's have fun! I'm so excited in meeting more of you crazy talented people, and seeing your work.
